Guess Where You WON'T Be Spending Christmas This Year
Hypothetical:
Your father-in-law has an affinity for marijuana. It's a hobby, let's say. He drives a school bus for a living. Do you call the dispatch office and tattle on his hobby?
Some find MJ no worse than alcohol and, say, if one had a beer or two in the evening and then went to drive a bus the next morning. Say FIL lights up in the evening and then goes to drive a bus the next morning. Still call him in?
absolutely. It's illegal. As in "AGAINST THE LAW". And i'm pretty sure that his CDL license requires that he not be under the influence of drugs.

Yep! Mj is illegal, beer is not. If I find out he's beering for breakfast, I'd make the same call.
