No, I Just Want Him to Be a *Legal* Doctor

Overheard:

This morning I was given a physical by the son of Haitian immigrants. He grew up to be a doctor. Conservatives don't want him to be American.

    Sure we do! As long as he follows the same path all other law abiding immigrants have followed.

    Well, if he's a) a legal citizen of the USA AND b) a LEGAL doctor, that's fine by me. What part of "LEGAL" is the problem here?
